4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the 288com platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether by the same individual or in coordination with other individuals — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
4.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and your preferred PKR payment method. You are obligated to keep this information current and notify 288com of any changes promptly via the account settings page or through live chat support.
4.3 288com may, at its discretion and at any time, require you to complete or re-complete KYC verification. Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:
4.4 Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to 288com's satisfaction. 288com accepts no liability for delays to withdrawals caused by incomplete or pending KYC submissions.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 288com login credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
